Typical CNU Job Tasks and Responsibilities During this two-week course, you will be taught all the skills necessary for a career and to perform important CNU tasks and to support field operatives. After Special Agent status is obtained, potential CNU operatives are required to complete a National Crisis Negotiation Course that lasts two weeks.
